(Keeping it Real) Customer Service

One of my favorite Customer Service stories was told by the great motivational speaker, Lou Holtz. Lou and several friends were having lunch in a nice upscale restaurant. The Waiter was very attentive, always there to help with drinks, etc. The Waiter helped them to order the better items on the menu, told them the best desserts and was even there to give them advice on where to go for entertainment after lunch. In short, this Waiter worked their table like he was working his own business.
