About Kellie
Kellie D’Andrea is CEO of Kellie D’Andrea & Associates, LLC. a company devoted to empowering motivated entrepreneurs to reach their goals and to build a business that yields results by providing them the tools for success. Kellie works with entrepreneurs on ways to maximize their business profits by teaching them the Entrepreneurial Blueprint Success System™ and how to leverage marketing and operational strategies both on-line and off-line to build profits and the life of their dreams.
Kellie’s journey into entrepreneurship started back in 2002 when after working for a number of companies (including a software and technology company, a printing company, a large financial services company and a large facilities maintenance company) developing marketing strategies and working on a variety of different types of projects, she noticed that people really responded to her and that she had strong leadership skills and a passion for marketing. These two skills drove significant results to the bottom line each and every time.
She worked on developing new marketing and advertising plans, launching new product and services and developing the sales strategies for multi-million dollar deals. In addition, her operational experience and finance background gave her a complete understanding of the business process so she decided to dabble into the world of entrepreneurship. Her first business was D’Andrea Designs and Home Improvement, a company focused on providing value by managing the entire a process of home improvement – from concept to execution (including managing the contractors). Being her first business venture, she needed to surround herself with experts to help provide guidance and ideas. She met her first mentor in 2004.
With the guidance of a wonderful mentor, Kellie took it upon herself to learn all she could to run a successful business. She immersed herself in books and seminars and took pieces of what she learned into her own business. Kellie bounced ideas off her mentor when she needed to brainstorm and was given the opportunity to learn from a master – a dynamic individual who taught her about business, marketing and leadership. Wanting to learn more from the best of the best, Kellie interviewed countless CEO’s and top marketers of large and small firms and quickly began to see a pattern in their success.
Around the same time, Kellie realized that she didn’t have passion for the Design and Home Improvement business, so she sold the business for a profit in 2006 and decided to look for her next adventure. It was in this year, that a friend bought an ice cream store under a national franchise and needed help driving business into his store an marketing his business. He didn’t have any experience, his business was failing, the brand was unknown in the local area
and his location was difficult for customers to get to. Kellie worked closely with him to turn around his business in 90 days, utilizing local area sales and marketing techniques she now teaches in her BLAST 90 day Program.
