Kellie’s journey into entrepreneurship started back in 2002
when after working for a number of companies (including a software and technology company, a printing company,
a large financial services company and a large facilities maintenance company) developing marketing strategies and working on a variety of different types of projects, she noticed that people really responded to her and that she had strong leadership skills and a passion for marketing. These two skills drove significant results to the bottom line each and every time. |

| She worked on developing new marketing and advertising plans, launching new product and services and developing the sales strategies for multi-million dollar deals. In addition, her operational experience and finance background gave her a complete understanding of the business process so she decided to dabble into the world of entrepreneurship. Her first business was D’Andrea Designs and Home Improvement, a company focused on providing value by managing the entire a process of home improvement – from concept to execution (including managing the contractors). Being her first business venture, she needed to surround herself with experts to help provide guidance and ideas. She met her first mentor in 2004. |

With the guidance of a wonderful mentor, Kellie took it upon
herself to learn all she could to run a successful business.
She immersed herself in books and seminars and took pieces
of what she learned into her own business.Kellie bounced
ideas off her mentor when she needed to brainstorm and was
given the opportunity to learn from a master – a dynamic
individual who taught her about business, marketing and
leadership. Wanting to learn more from the best of the best,
Kellie interviewed countless CEO’s and top marketers
of large and small firms and quickly began to see a pattern in
their success. |

Around the same time, Kellie realized that she didn’t
have passion for the Design and Home Improvement
business, so she sold the business for a profit in 2006 and
decided to look for her next adventure. It was in this year,
that a friend bought an ice cream store under a national
franchise and needed help driving business into his store an
marketing his business. He didn’t have any experience, his
business was failing, the brand was unknown in the local area
and his location was difficult for customers to get to. Kellie
worked closely with him to turn around his business in 90
days, utilizing local area sales and marketing techniques she
now teaches in her BLAST 90 day Program. |

Soon after, hundreds of business owners began asking Kellie
for marketing advice and she quickly jumped on the
opportunity to create her first online information product, an
e-book titled BLAST ™, Profits with Branding and Local Area Selling Techniques and strategies to increase your profits. This book is still one of her best selling training products today. As new media started to arrive in the marketplace, she quickly began to learn new methods and teach her clients how to take the new approaches and

In addition she began to offer email marketing services to her clients where she quickly became known as The Ezine Mentor Her own ezine “The Marketing Edge” is published weekly and provides entrepreneurs valuable insights into marketing and motivation to keep them on track to building a prosperous business and a prosperous lifestlyle. |

Seeing the impact her programs have had on business
owners, Kellie began her coaching and seminar business in
2008, which combined, has helped hundreds of individuals
achieve tremendous profits and to stay focus on the path to
their goals. Her marketing and motivational products have
helped many business owners leverage the internet to
increase their business, offer additional revenue streams and
reach new heights. Remembering the impact her mentor had
on her and wanted to teach others to “pay it forward” and to
mentor others. She began The Mentor In Me ™ forum - a

| successful mentoring site geared towards members working together towards goal accomplishment, idea sharing and networking. |

While Kellie is best known for her marketing expertise, her
students share that her biggest impact comes from her
mentoring approach and philosophy around support and
accountability. They claim that her ability to stay with them
on their path to success, pick them up when their down and
hand them the tools to achieve their goals, sets her far above
the others in her field. |

Kellie grew up just outside Philadelphia, PA where she
currently resides with her family and two precious dogs,
Bailey and Max. She spends her summers in Ocean City,
N.J.
where she gets to enjoy the calm shore breeze and the
sound of the waves. A Philadelphia girl at heart with many
